SPSP 2011 Pre-Conferences will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2011. To be considered for an SPSP 2011 pre-conference, please download and complete the Pre-Conference Application (PDF).
The application must be must be received by August 1, 2010, to be considered for the 2011 meeting. Please email the completed form as an attachment to

Rules & Regulations
In addition to the rules & regulations set forth by the Convention Center, you agree to the following provisions identified by the SPSP Event Organizers and Program Committee:
Your program will end by 4:30 pm on January 27, 2010.
You will provide for a minimum 30 minute break in your afternoon schedule (between 1:00 and 4:00 pm) to allow your attendees the opportunity to pick up their badge for the main SPSP Meeting. (If approved, you will be assigned a pre-registration check-in time with your space assignment.)
An initial agenda and/or outline for your program must accompany the application.
Meeting space is provided free of charge based upon your estimate of total number of attendees. All rooms are set theatre style. Be advised that you are responsible for additional room set-up fees, as well as all audio visual, food, beverage and registration costs, if any.
Only one person within your group will be responsible for coordinating logistics with the convention center and event organizers.
