Starting with the 2009 conference in Tampa, SPSP has established 2 news rules for symposia. These rules are designed to better ensure the chance for audience questions, and for more free-ranging discussion between symposia participants and their audiences. The first rule is to limit the number of symposia speakers in each session to no more than 4. The second rule is to eliminate the role of discussant. Please keep these changes in mind as you prepare symposium submissions for the 2009 conference in Tampa.
